What if breaking the silence isn't about confronting someone - but about reclaiming your voice?
90-minute class + lifetime access + 2 bonus resources
For survivors of sexual abuse, silence can become a way of life.
Maybe you were told to keep the abuse secret.
Maybe you chose not to tell because you were afraid no one would understand, believe you, or care.
Maybe you did tell someone - and they denied it, minimized it, blamed you, or responded in a way that hurt.
And now you're wondering:
How do I talk about this without falling apart?
What if they don't believe me?
What if they see me differently?
What if telling them changes everything?
What if I finally tell the truth and it doesn't go the way I hoped?
I've been there.
And I've helped survivors navigate these conversations in ways that allow them to stay connected to themselves, their truth, and their power.
That's what this class is about.
Not forcing yourself to tell.
Not confronting your abuser.
Not figuring out how to make someone else understand.
Learning how to use your voice without abandoning yourself in the process.

Rachel and her coaching program gave me the tools for which I spent years searching to begin to find my true self.
HERE'S WHAT YOU GET
$20 gets you:
The complete 90-minute Breaking the Silence Like a Badass class.
Come back to the class whenever you need it. No 7-day replay window. No expiration.
A step-by-step companion to help you figure out what you want, what you need, and what you're prepared for.
A simple structure for organizing your thoughts and finding the words that feel true to you.
INSIDE THE CLASS
Learn the 3 foundations for a healthy conversation about your abuse - including staying grounded in your truth, managing triggers, and shifting from confrontation to self-expression.
Figure out what needs to be in place before you have the conversation - and what might need more attention first.
Use my 5-step Game Plan to clarify why you want to talk, build your support system, prepare for possible responses, and focus on what you can actually control.
Because the other person's response is not something you can control.
Your success doesn't have to depend on whether they believe you, apologize, understand, or respond exactly the way you hoped.
Create a simple structure for what you want to say so you're not trying to come up with the "right" words in the middle of an emotional conversation.
AND BECAUSE I LIKE A GOOD BONUS...
Work through the 5-step Game Plan and get clear on what you want, what you need, and what you're prepared for.
A simple framework for organizing your thoughts and finding the words that feel true to you.
You don't need a perfect script. You just need a way to organize what you want to say.
KAYLA, GEORGIA
Every time I tried to talk about what happened to me as a child, a family member would downplay or dismiss or gaslight me. So any time I tried to speak as I got older, I would get stuck in the memories and feel them all over again. Even with EMDR in some instances.
I now don't relive every part of every abuse I repeatedly experienced and actually haven't thought about it at all in months.
And it was 8 YEARS of childhood sexual abuse to contend with, plus a one-time adult rape/grooming incident. Not a small amount of abuse to overcome.
THE PART THAT MATTERS
This is one of the hardest parts of breaking the silence.
They might believe you.
They might not.
They might respond with compassion.
They might get defensive, angry, dismissive, confused, or uncomfortable.
You can't control that.
But you can prepare for it.
This class will help you think through the possibilities so that your decision to speak isn't dependent on getting the response you hope for.
Your job isn't to convince someone else.
Your job is to decide how you want to show up.
MAYBE YOU'RE THINKING...
You're carrying a secret and you're tired of hiding part of yourself.
You're thinking about telling a partner, friend, family member, or someone else about your abuse.
You're considering talking to your abuser but aren't sure what you actually want.
You're afraid of being blamed, denied, misunderstood, or seen differently.
You want to use your voice without becoming completely overwhelmed or losing yourself in the process.
You're not ready to tell anyone yet, but you want to understand what would need to be in place if you ever do.
You do not have to decide to tell anyone because you took this class.
You don't have to confront your abuser.
You don't have to disclose anything you're not ready to disclose.
You can simply use this class to get clearer about your options and what it would look like to use your voice in a way that feels grounded, intentional, and true to you.
A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I know what it's like to live with the impact of sexual abuse long after the abuse itself is over.
For more than twenty years, I carried pain, shame, fear, and the belief that there was something fundamentally wrong with me because of what happened.
I also know what it's like to realize that healing isn't about pretending the past didn't happen.
It's about learning how to live differently because it did.
That's why I created the Beyond Surviving® Method and why I do this work.
I want survivors to have practical tools that help them understand what's happening in their brains and bodies, challenge the beliefs trauma left behind, and build lives that aren't organized around what happened to them.
And when it comes to breaking the silence, there's something I want you to know:
Using your voice is not the same thing as handing your power to someone else.
You get to decide:
